I stopped in to ask for help with my current bed. Had to move it out while we replace the flooring. Matt and Dawson were extremely helpful and friendly. They listened to my concerns and offered great advice and assistance! If you visit the West Des Moines store, ask for Dawson!
Our salesperson, Doug was very educated and made us feel comfortable in our journey to decide on our bed!! The delivery team was exceptional also!! They were friendly, neat and very knowledgeable with teaching us the phone app!!! It was a wonderful experience!!!!
Tammy took the time to go through each bed option and asked really great questions about our needs. In the end I ordered based on her expert recommendations. She walked me through financing and thought of all the things I didn't consider ( new bedding to fit my new bed size, cooling sheets! ) I'm so excited for me bed to be delivered!
Dawson was very knowledgeable of the Sleep Number beds and helped us find the perfect one for us
Matt was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood all of the product details. We are excited for our new i8 bed with adjustable frame.
