Been back and forth now with Sleep Number trying to fix the problem of them selling a not full sized queen mattress to me, but they didn't want to offer me a full refund (which I'm in my 100 day window) but the furniture I got for it is not so..... I'm stuck. At least it's comfortable. Just know if you buy a Queen mattress from them, there's a good chance it's not a full size mattress. Buyer Beware! My bed is less than 2 years old and needs a new air chamber because it no longer holds air. It has a 1 to 15 year warranty, so do not be deceived that you have a 15-year warranty. The way this 1 to 15 year warranty works is it only warranties the bed 100% for 1 year, years 2 to 15 are warrantied at a prorated price. So now at just about 7 months beyond my first year, my cost for the $400+ part is $100+. Then, to add insult to injury, they are charging me shipping for the replacement part.
