We really enjoyed working with our salesperson Pat. She took her time showing us the products when we first started looking. When we came back to buy, she was every bit as good. She showed us all our options, made suggestions on things we might want to get (and explained why) in addition to our bed, but was never pushy and made sure to know any add ons were completely up to us.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in today 9/15/2025 at 6 PM and wanted to buy a mattress. I have been having really bad back issues for a long time and have been sleeping in my beanbag over my bed to help mitigate the pain. I walk in and besides "how are you?", the first thing he said was- "queen mattresses start at $1,300". I said I am looking for a king. Preceded to tell me what those start at.
