If you’re going to this store; you need to see Rebecca! She made the process enjoyable from start to finish. She wasn’t pushy, asked qualifying questions, addressed concerns and sold us on the SN system. We had no intention of purchasing same day, but felt we had no choice. She made sure we found the right solution and has since followed up to see how things are going. Class act all the way, thank you Rebecca!
Iv had one of these beds sense 2020 and even though its an good bed, its horrible if you loose power your bed get no air and deflates, if you get a mechanical issue the trouble shooting is trash Iv been trying to get a broken tube fixed for over a year now and they always just disconnect from me with promises of figuring it out and then leave me hanging. My husband and I went into the Sleep Number @ Brandon and was greeted by Rebecca, the manager. We went in to just to look and we told her that and that didn’t change the way we were treated. She was attentive, thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She didn’t rush us, set expectations about our visit, she asked us questions to uncover our needs and made us feel like family. I have been in constant pain with lower back issues/ nerve damage. I walk into Sleep Number store for the first time. My wife and I were greeted by Rebecca who asked a lot of quality questions. Rebecca shared personal stories which lead to a comfort level for us to purchase a bed that would met our personal needs. We have already recommended this bed and we having taken delivery of our bed.
