Mattress arrived on time however the delivery guys didn't have brackets for the headboard. Had to go back to store to get them.

I want to start off by saying this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The bed is awful the air pump wasnt assembled properly and when I called they told me they will send instructions on how to fix. I said absolutely not I want to return, feels like an air mattress. They told me I was obligated to keep it for 30 days. So I should sleep on something for a month that is completely broken. Now they are picking it up and only refunding me a portion because they are charging 250 to pick up a broken mattress. And on top of... read more
Salesman did not tell me adjustable beds are not returnable. Worse bed I ever have had. I wake up everyday in pain and the bed is very uncomfortable. No one will even take it away. I have to pay a trash company hundreds of dollars to get it removed but I can't afford it. Do not buy this bed if you want to sleep. It's a nightmare.
Anthony was so helpful; once we told him our needs, he proceeded to make sure we had everything we needed.
