Salesman did not tell me adjustable beds are not returnable. Worse bed I ever have had. I wake up everyday in pain and the bed is very uncomfortable. No one will even take it away. I have to pay a trash company hundreds of dollars to get it removed but I can't afford it. Do not buy this bed if you want to sleep. It's a nightmare.

He was very knowledgeable about the different products and features. With his help, we settled on the model that was best for us. The delivery was fast and efficient and arrived at the indicated time. The delivery men were very professional. A great experience all the way! We love our new Smart Bed!

I already owned a Sleep Number bed for 20 years, still going strong. I was looking to replace our coil mattress in the spare room. Wasn't sure I wanted to spend that amount of money this time around. Anthony at the store in Brick NJ was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, polite made me want to buy from him. Learned some new info about the products. Yes, it's expensive, BUT, it's worth every penny! I'm retired and on a strict budget but with their financing they made it possible.
