Amanda did a great job explaining all the options to us. She gave us the pros and cons of each. We were able to make an informed decision. If we did not we have the peace of mind knowing that the bed can be returned in 90 days if not satisfied. We are pretty sure we will like the bed and not have to return it. We went into Sleep Number absolutely desperate for a new mattress. Both of us have various physical issues that make it so one sleeps on a recliner couch and the other sleeps on the bed between two body pillows and multiple Squishmallows and tosses and turns ALL. I have found my bed to be really comfortable. I had a lot of body aches and those are much better. My sales person was very nice and informative. The delivery process was easy. I am glad I bought the bed
The delivery of my new bed was on time. Experienced technicians set up the bed and gave me instructions on the new features. A very good experience.
