Drove 2.5 hours to meet for delivery of bed at our house at the coast. Delivery people forgot half the bed. Contacted store and customer service twice no call back no solution. Waiting 6 weeks to reschedule. For the cost of these beds this is one of the worst customer service situations I've dealt with in a long time. No attention to detail or remorse for us wasting time and fuel. NOT RECOMMENDED
We got our sleep number at the Clackamas location last month. We love it and it definitely has us sleeping better. Eric the manager helped us pick out the right one for us, as we tested them all out in the store. If you are looking for better sleep and comfort I would recommend going in and testing them out, you will not regret it. We got the split king so the wife could have her less firm setting and I could have my firm setting.
Great bed! Comfortable and the adjustments make it even more useful. Eric was great. Got just what I wanted!
Great experience. Amanda was so helpful as we navigated the mattress options, staying a little late so we were able to get everything ordered that night.
I would give Amanda 10 stars of I could . She’s amazing at customer service , she has checked up on me / us several times to see our sleep is doing with our new beds .
