Very helpful customer service
I got the heat oad for our new bed. We lost our furnace on the coldest week of the year. The heat pad for the bed kept me toasty warm all night in a 50 degree room. I love it.
Not very helpful after the sale
The delivery people were great, the salesperson Santiago was great and the shopping experience was wonderful. HOWEVER when we returned the $5000 bed for a refund we came up $500 short since it looks like they were charging us for the delivery and set up both ways BEWARE
