I would like to give 5 stars to the Mt. Juliet Sleep Number store and their employees. From first hand knowledge I can tell you if any problem arises while your order is being processed, this store in particular will always have your back. Great experience here! Kelsey was so patient with us as we went from bed to bed and back again. She gave us space and we never felt pressured or rushed. We ended up purchasing the most amazing bed. It has been the best purchase and investment we've made as a couple after 20 years of marriage. You just don't realize how important sleep and your mattress is until you make the switch. Game changer!
Andrew was great to work with. Took great care of us also recommending products to go with the bed.
Excellent customer service. Did not feel rushed to make a decision. I had heard this was a good store to shop in and it did not disappoint.
