My son and I were shopping for a bed that would help him with his sleep issues. As soon as we walked into the Pittsburgh Mills Sleep Number store, we were greeted by Craig with a friendly welcome and introduction. Craig spent a great deal of time explaining all of their different mattress, frame and accessory options— right down to finding us the perfect pillow! The demonstration with the interactive mattress helped us find the exact combination we needed!
We currently have a Sleep Number Bed, is 13 years old, and is just starting to wear down on the mattress. I called and talked to Craig at the Pittsburgh Mills, Tarentum Location about a new one as we were looking for one that the had the head and feet adjustable, our current bed is not. We went to see Craig and try out the beds, he was incredibly understand and patient, and we tried a few different beds. We found the bed that was the right fit for us.
