My wife and I purchased a Dual-Temperature mattress cover from Sleep Number at the Raceway Mall for $852. The box seemed to have been opened and resealed so I asked if the product had been returned. I was sold a bed under the clear promise that it could be returned if I was unsatisfied. Misleading and Financially Harmful As a disabled person on a fixed income, I made my Sleep Number purchase believing I could return it if it didn’t meet my needs. While I can return the mattress, I was not told that the expensive bed frame is non-refundable.
