One thing about Sleep Number is their consistency! It's part of the reason they've been in the business so long. My visit to the Freehold Raceway Mall's Sleep Number was unplanned. I didn't even know the mall had one until I was in need of a new pillow. I walked into the store, empty, save the manager. Spent over $4k for their bed. APP has a feature that automatically turns on and off an under bed light when you get in and out at night. Unfortunately the selection switches off every couple of days. Called support and when Ronica spoke to tech support, they said they never heard of that. Her suggestion was that I should open up my phone every night, log into their APP, and manually turn on the under bed light. My wife and I purchased a Dual-Temperature mattress cover from Sleep Number at the Raceway Mall for $852. The box seemed to have been opened and resealed so I asked if the product had been returned. I was told “no” that the box had been damaged in shipping and the product was brand new. And I was told that it was the only one they had at the store, so we bought it.
