Store experience was good, and Bill (at the store) and Louise (by phone) were helpful as we decided to buy a mattress and adjustable frame. Now that the bed is in our home for a few days, we are pleased with it. But there were several issues along the way. We had been quoted a particular sale price in the store, and when we called later in the day to actually place an order, the price was thousands more.
