John Swensen from the Bethesda location was super helpful and very attentive. He helped us find the perfect bed for our needs and demonstrated superior knowledge of the various functions and characteristics of the different model beds. I am a fan of Sleep Number. I had my last one for 20 years. It had a pillow top and gave me some of the best sleep. This recent purchase (P5) is my second. Since I wanted to test drive my mattress, I decided to visit The Sleep Number Store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Md. The sales staff were pleasant, patient and easy to work with.
