Great experience buying a sleep number bed. Salesman, Michael was knowledgeable and very helpful.
I was impressed with the sales men, all really kind and great. The issues happened after the sale. We didn't want the integrated base but found out after it had been added to the sale. We then refunded it which caused the technicians to return the entire bed and base. On the day of delivery technicians never called us to let us know the bed wouldn't be arriving that day (because they forgot about the bed). All employees were very friendly and helpful. We have had a sleep no. For long time 26 or 27 years just got new pillows and mattress. Can’t wait for them to get here!! Thank you!!
