I had the pleasure of initially shopping with Leonard. He was kind, pleasant, thorough, covered all the points. He let me spend plenty of time on each mattress. The store was well laid out, clean and bright. I hope I get the mattress soon!!
Recently, we purchased our Sleep Number mattress/base from the Lee’s Summit store. My husband’s side deflated on night #2. Brand new mattress wouldn’t keep air. That’s insane!!!! Techs couldn’t fix the problem, and we decided to return it. The store employees are powerless to help, if you have a problem. They send you to customer service, which is a horrific experience. Leonard was very knowledgeable, walked us through everything about the bed. Answered all our questions. Very pleasant to work with.
