Had a great experience with Megan at Sleep Number. Her experience, expertise, concern and attention to our needs were so helpful to us in determining the right mattress and base choice. Really appreciate the quality time she provided in allowing us to sample the product and analyzing our needs. We appreciate all the options to adjust the mattress and base to our individual comfort levels that can be actively modified. Additionally, she helped us to obtain the best bedding pricing package! Megan was very polite welcoming me in the store. Well knowledgeable on the beds. I got to lay on a mattress while she explained the various sleep number adjustments. Within minutes, I purchased a bed.
