Loved my pillow. Super comfortable and much cheaper than these super uncomfortable overpriced tempurpedic pillows I purchased a few months back. I would give it a 5 but the sales guy was super annoying and was trying so hard to talk my ear off to make a sale. I already knew what I wanted, and there was NO need to obtain personal information for the purchase of some pillows. Either you have it in stock or you don't. Turned me off, I doubt I'd go back.
The attention, detailed information and superb customer service that Christopher displayed was outstanding. When he was not available, he handed me to a reputable and knowledge young lady (forgot her name) but she assisted me and give me quality service and knowledge as well. We are excited to get our bed!
We originally spoke with Brian, the store manager. He took us through the whole tour to see our options. Subsequently, I spoke to Chris and Meghan while Brian was on vacation, and they didn't miss a beat! Great experience!
