Helpful staff, the store was very busy, so there was a bit of a rushed feel to the experience. Our fault for shopping on the last day of a sale. I do feel all of our questions were answered, nice people. The wrong bed was delivered the first time, the second mattress has 2 bladders which is correct. But the matress hangs over the sides of the box springs by 1.75" on either side of the bed..looks like crap and I'm afraid it will look worse with wear. Sent photos, made phone calls.
