Lauren was very knowledgeable with regard to the Sleep Number products. She worked with in a very professional manner. I will refer friends and family to the store. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that upon delivery next week, the delivers persons will only remove one of my current mattress sets. I am being charged an additional $100 to have the second set taken away yet Sleep Number will issue a $100 gift card to the friends who referred me to the store. Hmmm . . .
Lynn was absolutely the best! Answered our many questions both before and after our visits to find the right bed. Never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Delivery was seemless and staff took great care while while navigating our home.... As for the bed, one month in, and our sleep has greatly improved. Can't believe we waited so long to purchase a Sleep Number! They are by far the best choice!
