Our sales rep name was Scott located in Poughkeepsie NY. Scott was patient, friendly and did not rush us . We even left and came back the same day. He took his time listening to what we were looking for. Scott was very informative and explained everything about the bed, he worked with us until we were satisfied and happy with our choice in the bed, pillows and linens . Scott is an asset to your company.
The experience was made so easy by Scot, who obviously knows his business and how not to rely on a canned sales pitch. Instead, he guided us around the shop, pointing out the differences between the beds, and letting us make up our minds with no pressure on his part. It was a very nice experience.
Scott was fantastic. He explained the sleep number mattress choices and gave me and my husband time to decide.
Maria was helpful and easy to work with. It was a no pressure sales experience.
Scott was professional and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to receiving my bed. I only wish delivery time could be shortened.
