DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM SLEEP NUMBER!!!! Firstly, the mattress is awful and does not work as advertised. Secondly, when I tried to return the mattress, they deceptively charge you for BOTH DELIVERY and RETURN even though the in-store rep only mentioned the RETURN fee would be charged. When I told their customer service and in-store rep about the deceptive practice which caused me to buy a mattress that I otherwise wouldnt have, they shrugged and said there wasn't anything they could do as its in the terms and conditions. ... read more
We purchased the Queen Dual ILE 360 Smart Bed on September 8th 2024. It is the absolute worst mattress we have ever had. From day one, there was a massive dip in the middle causing a sinking sensation. We waited the mandatory 30 days before requesting a refund. After 30 days we still hated the bed so we requested a refund. They offered to send out techs free of charge to change the cover to a dual zip. I let the salesperson know right away I needed a pillow not a bed but he gave us the same attention while looking at pillows as if we were purchasing a bed...that's good customer service!
