Great customer service and understanding of products.
We bought 4 mattresses and pillows from this store over the years and always have a great experience. This time was no exception. I appreciate Anna's recommendation and knowledge of the new mattresses as well helping compare what we are now sleeping on. This time I purchased a mattress, adjustable frame and sheets for my father over the phone. It was an extremely easy process.
We recently bought a Sleep Nuber Split King Comfrt Model Lux Mattress. The Manager and all we came in contact with were very professional and informative. Our sales person, Ofelia Greydak, gave us a thorough presentation of beds available and guided us to pick the option best for us. Highly recommend the store and Ofelia for their time making the job easy for us to choose the perfect bed.

My wife and I visited the Rockaway store to get assistance with our bed purchase and were promptly greeted by Anna. We are current Sleep Number bed owners for ten years and purchased a second closeout bed online for our vacation home. We are not happy with the bed we chose and since we are within our ninety day trial period customer service recommended we go to a store a try out a few beds to find a suitable replacement.
