If anyone deserves a good review it's this place, the customer services was amazing, the manager who's name is can't remember was very knowledgeable when it came to their products and Lori I believe was the name of our sales person technically. Great team work and we appreciate the help
They don't carry the mattress that is advertised to bring you in, was told by associate that it's never carried in store. So of course you upgrade. Service was excellent. Felt like a bait and switch

I’ve had my expensive ($150) pillow for less than 6 months and it’s already horrible. A few weeks ago, I woke up with a hurt neck that caused a pinch nerve, due to my pillow! I called to see what my options are and they were no help at all. My fiancé and I assumed that if we spent more ($300+) on some pillows it would be worth it, but obviously not.
