They don't carry the mattress that is advertised to bring you in, was told by associate that it's never carried in store. So of course you upgrade. Service was excellent. Felt like a bait and switch

I’ve had my expensive ($150) pillow for less than 6 months and it’s already horrible. A few weeks ago, I woke up with a hurt neck that caused a pinch nerve, due to my pillow! I called to see what my options are and they were no help at all. My fiancé and I assumed that if we spent more ($300+) on some pillows it would be worth it, but obviously not.
Great customer service! They were knoledgeable about the product and availability, prompt in their corrispondence, helpful and friendly. We recommend them highly.
