The store was neat and tidy.
Customer service was excellent.
My issue is not the store but the product. I ordered a replacement cover & air chambers on April 3 it was supposed be 4-7 days to process order. I called on April 17 since I hadn't received anything & no tracking info on site. They told me their was an issue with manufacturer of cover but it wouldn't be long. We split the order as air chamber was in stock (mine was leaking) and received it within a week. Fast forward 2 MONTHS still nothing on cover.
