Will never buy a sleep number again! Bought a king size flex top with foot warmer. Was told when the bed was bought that we have a 20 Year warranty. What they don’t tell you is that you only have a few year warranty then it’s prorated. Which means you pay!!! And it’s not cheap!!! The warranty is lies!!! The bed split apart and the foot warmer does not work! Said it needs replaced cause it is broke inside the mattress but it will be $300 just to fix the warmer. This is not even included the mattress. I have had several sleep Number Beds over the years. When waterbeds went out, I found this company and I Love my current bed immensely. I especially love warm toes when I get into bed. I encourage my friends and family to get them.

We had a great experience here with the store manager, David. He took the time to explain each bed and their features. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything, We felt completely in control. Highly recommend the store and I cannot wait until our bed is delivered!!
