Went to the store to get sheets and pillows. Encountered a guy named David. Was very rude. Commented about me being a stomach sleeper and the pillow I wanted. Questioned me about not buying a sleep number and interrogated me on how much ai spent on my new bed. Needless to say I will never go back and will contact HQ.
We went on a Wednesday afternoon around lunch time. There was only one salesperson in the store and he was working with another customer. He excused himself from them and got us started and then returned to complete the transaction with the first couple. He never made us feel rushed, even when two more customers came into the store while we were completing our transaction. He was incredibly personable and very knowledgeable. Good balance of name brands and store brands.
Update: 0 stars. We are still waiting on the money to be refunded. They owe us about $560. If you buy these beds dont return them, you will never get your money back. Don't buy. Had ours for 109 days. On our second pump. Still not working right. This " new" pump is louder and obviously used bc the warning sticker was cut along the pump seam... what a joke.
