My experience with customer service with the Sleep Number company has been extremely disappointing. However, Lexi and Alexander were wonderful to work with and they both tried to be as helpful as possible.
Our experience here was fantastic and the workers are amazing. Apparently we are hearing that this store is closing down and that those workers are losing their jobs. It is an absolute shame. Alexander and Lexi are awesome. You should send them BOTH to the store at Hamilton Place or somewhere, rather than laying them off. They deserve better.
Very pleased with the service at Sleep Number Hixson. Delivery was fast and Chris was amazing in the store!

Are y’all kidding the most enjoyable body experience after sleeping on an Rv foam mattress our 1st sleep number bed was in storage while clearing land & building our log home.We realized how much our bodies were craving for the sleep only this time going larger split king!
