Mattress Firm has always been where I go for my mattress’ and they’ve been great. This location is amazing, Ryan is super helpful and accommodating. I’d strongly recommend Ryan and the Marlton mattress firm.
Edit on 4/6/26: Removing a star from my original 5 star review. At just under 2 years old, our mattress pump has broken. While up until now the bed has been beyond comfortable, I do not think my husband and I should be putting out $400+ for repairs after making such a large investment on a mattress less than 2 years ago. DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED. This has been the absolutely worst purchase. Save your money and buy a regular bed. Here’s why: 1. It feels like an air mattress. You are literally sleeping on a giant air mattress. I thought that the store model was so comfortable, so I bought the same model but it doesn’t feel the same at all. 2. Customer service is terrible. Jess was really nice to work with in determining what exactly we needed in a mattress. She didn’t rush us into a decision and wasn’t pushing in any way in making a sale. We would highly recommend the to anyone we know who is looking for a mattress
Unfortunately, the salesman stated that “each bed is custom built to order once the order is received.” He also told me that he would follow up with me “On Monday or Tuesday.” I never heard or received any communication from him. When I stopped in the store on Wednesday, he said “I was thinking about calling you.” Knowing that the beds are manufactured in South Carolina and sent to regional warehouses, I asked him why he said that they “are custom made to order once it is received” he replied “That’s what they teach us.” He ... read more
