Was a great experience
Store workers are very nice. HOWEVER the bank they use to finance with, Sychrony Bank, is dishonest. I had 0% financing for 24 months and 6 months after purchase they want to charge a monthly promotional fee of 2% if the balance. It is also after the 100 days trial period when I could return the mattress so I can’t do that. You can reject the “change to your account” but then you have to close the account which now affects your credit score. This is like a bait and switch scam.
