Unfortunately, the salesman stated that “each bed is custom built to order once the order is received.” He also told me that he would follow up with me “On Monday or Tuesday.” I never heard or received any communication from him. We highly recommend purchasing a Sleep Number bed from the store in Marlton, NJ. Their sales staff are well informed and have good follow through . The delivery people were very prompt , kindly explained how to change settings and cleaned up all packaging. This is our second sleep number bed and find this one very comfortable, as was the last.
