we have had our bed for many years and I strongly am disappointed in this bed. I bought the bed to help with my back before having my surgery and I can say it was a good bed until I had to replace the pump and several times I strongly believe I was sent home with a defected bed and I have been fighting this since the 2 time calling sleep number about the bed they cam out and replaced it and now they will not replace the bed. Todd was very helpful and customer service was great didn’t know anything about those beds and he showed me everything and wasn’t a pushy salesman need more people like him
