Jay at the Sleep Number Store on Happy Valley Rd. in Phoenix was awesome. If you are thinking about buying a sleep number bed, go see Jay. He is pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product. And there was no pressure in buying even though we did buy a new bed.
My husband and I visited Sleep Number while they were having their Labor Day sale. We visited the Norterra location and we were greeted and helped immediately by Marie. She was lovely and informative. She answered all our questions, wasn't too pushy, and gave her honest opinions when we were comparing beds. It was one of the easiest shopping experiences we've had, even with checkout and financing setup. We were in and out fairly quickly with our bed delivery scheduled for the following week. We had a very disappointing experience at this store. Aaron, who was assisting us, assured us that the teacher discount would apply year-round — which turned out to be completely false. He also promised to help us set up an account and follow up afterward, but we never heard from him again. We felt misled and ignored throughout the entire process. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to be cautious and not take their word at face value.
Great experience at the Sleep Number Norterra location ! Cindy the manager and the staff are all very friendly!! Barry gave us a detailed demonstration on the various beds available for great sleep. We did purchase one of the many comfortable beds there … Sleep Number sends reminders on a regular basis of your delivery and confirms your address to assure a smooth delivery . We did not purchase a mattress at the time we inquired...however... Aaron was super helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If you are looking for a sleep number bed...Aaron is your go to!!! Thank you Aaron!!!
