After a disappointing encounter with a very rude Sr. Customer Service Supervisor regarding an issue, I would like to recognize those good Sleep Number employees who helped me resolve the problem in a mutually agreeable manner. Needed caps to move my bed. Shout out to Frankie, not only did he give me the caps. He gave me a crash course of how to put them in and tips on how to move it. Greatly appreciated it! A1 customer services for coming in to get a free item.
Purchased a bed in 2021. Purchased a frame, as I was told by the salesman it comes with a warranty on the mattress. Well im here to tell you, that 4 years later the bottom of the mattress is ripped, and the foam in it offers zero support anymore. I called the customer service line and to have those 2 parts sent to me so I can replace is over 500.00. 4 years after paying 5 thousand dollars for a non existent warranty. Thanks sleep number!!
Very good experience in the store, well-informed staff, answered questions easily. And we've been sleeping on the bed for a few weeks now and love it!!!
