Went in to try to solve a mattress issue and they gave us a great assist. Their products have always been good and are getting better it seems.
Worst warranty in the industry. I'll never purchase another mattress or product from this company. Read to understand how Sleep Number does not stand by the product they sell for the duration of use of their products. To offer a percentage of replacement parts incrementally decreasing because of known defects in the product is wrong. Hopefully a class action will prevail soon and consumers will be made whole in the near future.
