Every time I walk into the store they always greet me and treat me like a friend. The staff is all nice and take care of my needs.
I don’t recommend anyone buying a bed from this place. They basically sweet talk you at the time of purchase. And tell you to call them with any issue just to give you the run around when an issue arises. We purchased a bed last year, waiting a month for delivery, delivery day came and the bed came broken, after several calls and dealing with attitude and wanting to just returned everything, I received a call that they would send a “new bed”. Horrible store, called several times to ask a question and they don’t bother answering calls or returning them. I will not be shopping there. If it starts this way I can just imagine how the service would be.
By far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. My husband and I paid $7,000 for a bed four months ago and this scam of a company has our bed and our money and after four months we still don’t have the bed we purchased. For that kind of money they are far better options from companies that actually care about their clients.
