I already own a sleep number bed, needed some information about availability of a part. It was incredible how friendly and helpful the salesperson was even though they weren't going to sell me anything. Directed me to where I could get help over the phone or on the web again, Incredibly helpful, really unexpected.

Every time I walk into the store they always greet me and treat me like a friend. The staff is all nice and take care of my needs.

I don’t recommend anyone buying a bed from this place. They basically sweet talk you at the time of purchase. And tell you to call them with any issue just to give you the run around when an issue arises. We purchased a bed last year, waiting a month for delivery, delivery day came and the bed came broken, after several calls and dealing with attitude and wanting to just returned everything, I received a call that they would send a “new bed”. Horrible store, called several times to ask a question and they don’t bother answering calls or returning them. I will not be shopping there. If it starts this way I can just imagine how the service would be.
