I would not recommend this bed. I have had issues with the mattress cover and magnets since day 1. The magnets to hold the bed in place, do not align with the base. So the mattress can slide off. I had it replaced and they gave me a “do it yourself kit” twice. The holes rip because the magnets are not aligned so the mattress cause the cover to slide. The sleep number function is great. I want to give a huge thank you to Ed, the store manager at the Altamonte Springs Sleep Number. Over the weekend I accidentally destroyed my bed’s power cord…I raised the bed too close to the wall, and the plug ripped almost completely apart. This left my headrest stuck in the upright position and my side of the bed unusable. When I called the store, Ed went above and beyond to help me.
