We purchased a split king i8 adjustable bed in September of 2020. This was an expensive purchase for a bed that is so bad that one side won’t stay inflated (at all) and I have been forced to sleep in another bedroom. We have tried to get help a couple of times, but the process is ridiculous! Sleep Number will not send out anyone to help until WE have figured out what is wrong. Cole was very helpful in helping us understand the options and features for a Sleep Number bed. And so was Hailey when we called the next day and switched it to a California King split bed. But the sticker shock! This place is not cheap, friends.
Haileigh was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure just friendly information about the various options.
I purchased a bed a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! Cole helped me pick out the perfect bed. This experience from start to finish was smooth and painless. Love it so much I just ordered another bed for my in-laws. Thank you Cole for making this experience a real pleasure.
