I stopped by only to get a rough idea about motorized beds, but the repersentive was very knowledgeable and practiced great Customer Service Skills. I'm not quite ready to pay a lot of money for an air mattress on steroids. That's a lot just for an air mattress. We are going to stick with what we have for now.

I never thought I would have such a great experience shopping around for a bed if it wasn’t for Erica. Her knowledge of what bed would work best for my back and shoulder pain was mind blowing she also helped me figure out my sleep number to get the best sleep I can get she also went as far as even showing me different styles of pillows to get better posture and helped to stay within my budget. My wife and I went Stockton store and met Erica. She spent a lot of time with us and was extremely knowledgeable. After a couple days to discuss which bed we wanted to buy Erica walked us through the whole process. I would highly recommend her services.

I highly recommend doing business woth this sleep number location. Erica has been a great help. She helped 4 years ago when we got a sleep number and then helped us again get the best deal for our base this year. The whole sleep number team is great, I've been helped by multiple staff members who have helped us determine our costs and possible payment options.
