Erica did an outstanding job of helping us arrange to have our SN bed moved for construction. She listened to our needs and went above and beyond to help schedule our move. Additionally, she updated us on new SN products and what products were on sale. She would be a major asset to any company.
Great experience! Erica was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly! After doing some online research and choosing a mattress, we arrived at the store thinking we were going to order the mattress, pay, and be on our way. Salesman Tyler was very helpful and insightful. My husband and I have bad backs and really needed a new bed and we got to try the bed at different settings in the store. When we got home we were disappointed that we didn't already have our sleep number. It will arrive in about two weeks and we can't wait!
