Jessie was very kind and patient with answering all of our questions. It was definitely no pressure.
Shopping for a bed is an infrequent experience for most of us. We had a very professional, low pressure evaluation with Jessie at the Bismarck Sleep Number store, trialed multiple options and price ranges, and felt very comfortable with our choice after leaving the store. They followed up with timely delivery, convenient set up and removal of the old. Enjoying great sleep again.
Great customer service and explanation of how the beds work. No pushy sales techniques were used. We felt very comfortable with the experience we had.
egotistical owners. Don’t purchase from here. Multiple great places to buy a bed other than this dump. Buy from Costco or any major retail store.
