The staff here was nice, but when the bed arrived without instructions on how to set up, we called him and he wasn't able to provide us with information. Before we purchased the mattress, I asked if they offer some kind of topper for comfort while breaking in, he called his boss and his boss told him to get a mattress pad and showed it to us, saying this is what we'd receive if we had issues with breaking it in. Employees in the store were great. Sleep number itself was horrible to deal with and product shipped was nothing like the bed in the store. Worst nights of sleep we’ve ever had.

The staff is great. We upgraded and they took our warranty off .As far as I am concerned this bed is nothing but a glorified air mattress. I have set my bed to many different settings and still I am not comfortable and wake up sore . We even had to buy a memory foam.pad for out bed .It didn't help for the money you spend anyone should sleep great on these glorified air mattresses F-F-F-
