Employees in the store were great. Sleep number itself was horrible to deal with and product shipped was nothing like the bed in the store. Worst nights of sleep we’ve ever had.
The staff is great. We upgraded and they took our warranty off .As far as I am concerned this bed is nothing but a glorified air mattress. I have set my bed to many different settings and still I am not comfortable and wake up sore . We even had to buy a memory foam.pad for out bed .It didn't help for the money you spend anyone should sleep great on these glorified air mattresses F-F-F-
The employees in the store are great. But it's incredibly disappointing that they don't inform you that the bases are manufactured by a different company. Said company is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to. We have had issue after issue with our flex base since 3 weeks after delivery. It frequently gets stuck half up and half down, tho it's not a split mattress. In theory, when it works which seems to be less than when it doesn't. Legget & Platt has by far, thee worst, customer service I've ever had in my life. And it is becoming ... read more
