The wife and I was just there today and we dealt with the gentleman named Travis and outstanding service from this individual he knew his products very well. If you're looking for a great product and at a great price right now that is the place very well run store very clean good atmosphere will buy there again definitely this is the third bed we bought from these people
Coco at the Baxter, MN Sleep Number was very helpful and patient with us in talking through the pros and cons of the C2 and C4 king mattresses. We appreciated her input.
The staff here was nice, but when the bed arrived without instructions on how to set up, we called him and he wasn't able to provide us with information. Before we purchased the mattress, I asked if they offer some kind of topper for comfort while breaking in, he called his boss and his boss told him to get a mattress pad and showed it to us, saying this is what we'd receive if we had issues with breaking it in.
