After having the sleep number bed for 2 years, I do not like it, I haven't slept well in a long time. The warranty only covers the frame, but our bed keeps deflating like an air mattress, even with the responsive air turned off. This is an expensive bed to not enjoy. I can't wait until it's paid off so we can get rid of it and go back to Purple.

Have tried twice to return products, first time there was only one guy working to take care of several customers, second time, they are not open during the hours they advertise. When we called, they do not acknowledge our phone number and refuse to let us return via phone. If you shop here, use caution, very scammy corporate practices.
