Don, Sales Rep, was very informative and patient. It took us 2 very long visits to make sure this was the right purchase for us. From awkwardly cuddling with my spouse to play with all the functions he was there to answer all questions and make suggestions. We've had our bed about a week and are happy we took this step. I highly recommend the flex top king with the cooling. He rarely uses the function and I use it every night.
