I typically write reviews when the service is really good or really bad. This experience was amazing. I went in ready for the car lot sales approach but that’s not what I experienced. Don was amazing. Knowledgeable, honest, that’s all I am looking for when making a large purchase. Go there. Put aside time because this is an important purchase. Life changing sleep indeed.
We loved the technology that's available to explain how Sleep Number beds differ from others. Don did a great job explaining everything and it made it easier to decide. As of this writing, we have a delivery date and look forward to getting our P6 mattress and base. Since being in the store we've found several more friends have Sleep Number and love theirs. We are sure we'll love ours too. Thanks Don.
