It's a TRAP and YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!!! Salesman Tony (Grafton, WI store) reels you in telling the customer everything you want to hear and then LIES!! He must have told us at least 15 times, probably more, "rest assured... there is 100 nights return no questions asked in home trial period.
