Not only is sleep number an incredible waste of money, their service is terrible. The people who work in the store are amazing and very supportive. Their tech team, another story. Awful service, long waits to talk to someone, slow to do anything. The beds are uncomfortable after a month. Service is always down. App sucks. App fails frequently. Want to get wound up randomly right before bed when you are trying to adjust it so it takes you even longer to fall asleep? Go ahead buy one...its fantastic...
I did some research ahead of time about the split E King i10 Smart bed along with taking your questionnaire concerning myself and spouse’s sleep habits. Josh S. communicated without being pushy. We spent a fair amount of time before deciding on the E King i10 Smart bed along with the adjustable frame; adjusting the firmness of the mattress to get a better nights sleep should help with aches, pains, and raising the mattress headboard may ease my husband’s breathing issues. It's a TRAP and YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!!! Salesman Tony (Grafton, WI store) reels you in telling the customer everything you want to hear and then LIES!! He must have told us at least 15 times, probably more, "rest assured... there is 100 nights return no questions asked in home trial period. You can return any of it at anytime and there will be no questions asked within those 100 nights." NEVER did Tony tell us that the adjustable base was not refundable or returnable.
