If I could give this company a negative million!!!! I would 1 million times over! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they will rob you silly. Made two attempts at trying their beds and the second one we upgraded to an I8.... huge mistake! Worst mistake ever! This bed breaks like chemicals that are so bad for you. I was forced to sleep on my couch, take a shower, change clothes, and give my dog a bath. This was after two plus weeks airing the mattress out. Nothing changed at all. The manager Keyonte Bennett demonstrated exceptional customer service when I came into the store with a malfunctioning part. He resolved it immediately. Very impressed!!
Keyonte (manager) was great from the get-go, and comprehended my situation with returning 2 pillows due to not being 100% satisfied with them. Personable and professional. Hope every salesperson is as nice as him! 👏🏻👏🏻
