I found Jack a really responsive person everytime I would ask a question which made it very helpful and easy. He worked with me understanding what I wanted and what direction I needed to go so I wanted to say thank you for that!
Bought a bed 4 yrs ago and have to spend $500 to repair, and I had to do all the troubleshooting and repairs. If you’re not comfortable with fixing it yourself or able to do so this is definitely not the bed for you. They claim it is a 15 yr warranty, but 4yrs in they only cover 50% of the parts and you have to cover 50%. Terrible warranty definitely avoid this company.
I went in to shop for a pillow but was largely unfamiliar with the Sleep Number products. Jeff did a great job of explaining the various pillows and had me try them out. Dropping enough enticements along the way, he then spent time educating me on the technology of the Sleep Number bed systems including doing a demo to discover my sleep number. When I'm in the market for a mattress in the future, I will definitely seek out Jeff to help me out.
The salesman was very helpful and pleasant even though we arrived within 1/2 hour of the end of day.
