Replaced our 10-year-old sleep number with a new one. Everyone with the company had good communication. When they delivered our new one, they moved our old one to a guest room and set it up as well. They were friendly and showed up on time and did exactly what they were here to do. Very much appreciated!

Salesman processed a loan without us even saying we wanted to purchase the mattress. I just wanted to prequalify. Didn’t find this out until he asked me to sign the paperwork. His communication during this process was not great. Financing company has been nothing but problems. The mattress is nice(as it should be for the cost)and the delivery process was done well. I just bought a mattress and box springs and the guy that helped me ( I'm not good with names sorry), he was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I'm sure I'll get a great night's sleep now. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

I found Jack a really responsive person everytime I would ask a question which made it very helpful and easy. He worked with me understanding what I wanted and what direction I needed to go so I wanted to say thank you for that!

Bought a bed 4 yrs ago and have to spend $500 to repair, and I had to do all the troubleshooting and repairs. If you’re not comfortable with fixing it yourself or able to do so this is definitely not the bed for you. They claim it is a 15 yr warranty, but 4yrs in they only cover 50% of the parts and you have to cover 50%. Terrible warranty definitely avoid this company.
