Will was very professional and we appreciate him as we kept him late.
I needed assistance to learn how to disconnect the air hoses so I could remove the top mattress. Maraya took the time to demonstrate the procedure, even getting me involved so I could do it myself at home. Although I bought my bed in another city while on vacation, she was very helpful and treated me like one of her own customers.
Maraya was a gem , very informative and helpful. She made it easy helping us decide on what matteress would be best for us. Very pleased she's at the Okemos Store.
