Don't buy this bed. Don't believe them when they said its "guaranteed for life:. Don't believe in them. Find another mattress. The mattress will hold air for a time but then it won't and when that happens you need to pay again for a new air chamber. Those are $400.00. Its an endless drain of money. Spend the money on a quality mattress because that's the better buy and not the ones that deflate.
People should read reviews. Damn I should have read the reviews before I go to this place. extremely bad service. The front desk seems very hostile and agitated every time you ask a question. I've never seen a medical service this low level of service
Salesman was great. We were buying sheets, and he showed us all the different ones they have the difference in each one. Will go back for sure if I need anything
We had a pleasant experience with our sales person Rodrigo. He was pleasant, patient and helpful in our search for a new bed and mattress. We especially liked the fact that the store personnel did not pressure us at all to make a decision before we were ready to commit to purchase.
Upgraded my current Sleep # bed to a i10. Excellent experience from Rodrigo in Sales (Oxnard location), to delivery Pros (Fabian/Daniel).They educated us re:functionality & app, personable & easy going. Extremely satisfied with the comfort of bed. Recommend a Sleep # bed if you've never experienced.
