Charles at the Southpoint Sleep Number store was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as we tried the different beds. There wasn’t pressure to purchase and Charles would leave to allow the wife and I to discuss in privately. Charles walked us through the entire process of purchasing and delivery.
