Charles was very friendly and also an expert on these beds! I am confident after trying them under his direction, the bed I purchased will fit all my needs. He also helped me set up the app on my phone! Nice store. Great product and customer service!
Keelyn, our salesperson, worked with us for more than an hour and a half and was extremely patient. We asked dozens of questions and found her to be very knowledgeable as well. We would definitely recommend checking out the Sleep Number store if you are in the market for a new mattress.
