Buy or beware I purchased a m7 back in 2014 and the cover broke and needing replaced ordered cover in February and cancelled order in July due to still not receiving a cover that cost 211.00 for the "limited warranty" part they can not tell me when or how I will recieve a bed cover and I have been sleeping on the couch since March I have talked to corporate waste of time !!! Buy or beware
We visited the Sleep Number store in Bloomington both yesterday to try out the beds and today to purchase one. Eric helped us the first day and Jay, the store manager helped us the second day. Both were very helpful and great to work with. If you are in the market for a new bed, definitely give the Bloomington Sleep Number store a visit.

Jay was wonderful and walked us thru the entire line and process. We call him back multiple times with additional questions and he answered everything to our satisfaction. Can’t wait to get our bed
