This has been great until I got a hole. Customer service at sleep number is impossible.no phone calls,via email only. I went over and over again.lThe bed was losing air and had a hole in one of the mattresses. They wanted to sell me a cover for $500. When it's still under warranty. That does not fix the problem. I'd have been more than happy to pay the money if it would have fixed the bed. But last time I checked a bed cover does not hold air..
