Visited the Bloomington Indiana store a few weeks ago and Kel was wonderful, he walked us thru the whole process and made our decision really easy. He was great to work with and very informative, I will shop with him again!!!
Buy or beware I purchased a m7 back in 2014 and the cover broke and needing replaced ordered cover in February and cancelled order in July due to still not receiving a cover that cost 211.00 for the "limited warranty" part they can not tell me when or how I will recieve a bed cover and I have been sleeping on the couch since March I have talked to corporate waste of time !!! Buy or beware
We visited the Sleep Number store in Bloomington both yesterday to try out the beds and today to purchase one. Eric helped us the first day and Jay, the store manager helped us the second day. Both were very helpful and great to work with. If you are in the market for a new bed, definitely give the Bloomington Sleep Number store a visit.
