Tracie and the team at the Gambrills location were amazing! Buying a Sleep Number bed is a huge purchase and they made the whole experience a wonderful one. Tracie really took the time to make sure we were getting in the right bed that fit all of our needs. I would highly recommend Sleep Number in Gambrills to anyone in the market for a new mattress!
What first started as a pleasant experience was one of a misleading sale. Got a bed for mom who is having back issues. Greg, a rep there did their sales pitch and convinced us to get a bed, with a 100 night guarantee to try it or return it. Then it was sign a few things, WITHOUT clearly explaining why all the needed signatures, despite asking multiple times what certain lines meant. “No worries” was Greg’s thing.
