Greg in Crofton store great customer service and great knowledge of product !!!!! I have his card and sleep number is in play due to Greg. This visit was a drive by after getting food at his neighbor CAVA, pulled over and it was a great experience for shopping mattresses. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GREG !!!!!!
I was leaving CAVA after picking up food and saw Sleep Number bed as I was leaving, I decided to pull over and go in, as I am looking to replace my mattress. The service guy Greg was a pure gentleman and very knowledgeable about the products. He was extremely accommodating and took his time explaining the sleep number bed. I tried out 4 different beds and never felt like I was wasting his time (as I will not be ready until the next Holiday to actually buy). Great customer service !!!!
Great experience, DaQuan was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful.
Our sales person DaQuan was the very best he listened to us and didn’t pressure us at all. In the end we walked out with a mattress we are excited to get and feel was a value.
We recently were looking for a new King bed to invest in for our room because we were tired of the minimal space on our Queen bed. We tried different mattress stores and laid on many beds; unfortunately the prices were insanely high and the sales reps were too pushy.
