Terrible experience. Customer service was a 0 out of 10. Watch the way you talk to customers because I will never be back and will be sure to pass the word on. To the guy who actually apologized thank you to the other two find a different job not in customer service- talking and laughing about a customer out loud is how you loose all business. TERRIBLE.
Mark, the owner manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to me and we found the perfect bed.
Great friendly service. It was not high pressure. Staff was very knowable about the products and could explain the differences. I asked alot of questions and he was patient and answered kindly.
Great salesman! Very knowledgeable and experienced!
Bought a car that can't leave the bedroom but great service and people.
