Kelly went above and beyond to help me get my sleep number bed by explaining all the features and the way it worked. The way Kelly explained it to me was clear and helped me to completely understand how the bed will work. She was very knowledgeable and able to make things clear to me. Kelly was also very kind , patient and without hesitation answered. all of my questions so I understood .
Amazing customer service! Ned was so nice and knowledgeable. I got to lay on the beds and try them out. I felt all the materials of the sheets. Ned showed me different pillows. The one on one service was excellent! Ned was a great salesperson and I highly recommend you ask for him at the Port Orange, FL Sleep Number store. High quality products. I am super pleased.
It was a great experience. Our salesman was very helpful and And knowledgeable about the product and all the accessories. He explained everything about how to operate the bed. We were very pleased.
