Dont walk but run away from this place. Me and my girlfriend got a bed from them and told them we the base but they insisted on giving us the box springs for an extra 500 but told us they would work with the adjustable base we had. Because we were in the process of moving the base we had wasnt there so they set the box springs directly on our wood floor. . Stay away! The warranty is misleading and the sales associates DO NOT explain this at time of purchase. So, I leave reviews often, but I’ve never felt more disappointed by a purchase. I spent $7,500 on this Sleep Number bed, and in just 3 years it’s been nothing but issues. The first mattress had to be fully replaced, and now the replacement is failing the same way—trenching in the flex top, not fitting the frame, deflating completely so you end up on the hard base, and the inflation system/remote don’t work (the remote may ... read more
I had a very good experience with the sales lady who helped me to find the right sleep bed number and was very kind and patient with me while I tried several different ones, and I can't wait to get my new bed and hopefully get a better night sleep, thanks for all your help and keep up the good work Shannon.
Blake is the best, he shared a ton of product knowledge and he even candidly recommended some decent competitor options. Ultimately I walked out of the store feeling confident I was making the right choice getting a sleep number and looking forward to getting my new mattress.
