Spending time with Alan and Zak at Sleeping Number was so pleasant. Alan explained everything about the beds and answered every question and was so patient while we were trying to make a decision. Patsy was immensely helpful explaining all features of our mattress, use of the app, financing and rewards. Beyond this, when our mattress wasn’t working, Patsy drove to our home 25 minutes away in holiday weekend traffic to provide personal assistance. This is customer service on steroids!!
