I have tried to like my $8000 purchase because it hurts to admit that I wasted that much money but I can't help it. I have never slept so poorly or woke up so stiff and unrested. At first I was okay with it because it was worth the try but I could return it for my money back and only lose the shipping. But...... that's not true. I could return the mattress but not the base which is ~ 50% the cost. So they had me with this gimmick. Pride hurt but back hurt worse.... don't make my mistake.

Alan was super knowledgeable and was helpful. I so excited to get my new sleep number. I slept on one during an Airbnb stay and slept fantastic and woke up with less body aches.
