In response to your reply... your automated phone system had NO option for me to press to respond to your (it now appears) automated Google response. Lowering my rating to only one star for the absence of customer responsiveness. Original Review Be wary of delivery promises. After rearranging our schedules to receive product ordered and already paid-in-advance, a shipping clerk calls to tells us (after we had already been waiting for their arrival) to wait another couple of weeks because of their staffing problems.
Excellent experience! Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out in a short time with the right mattress.
Ken was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me multiple times as there are many options. He was not high pressure at all. The experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend stopping by and seeing Ken.
