We like the bed but the sales person didn’t know his audience well and make comments that were not appropriate for the situation. Also the delivery damaged some molding in our house and we filed something with sleep number and they said we would hear from the local person within 24 hrs. It has now been several days without any contact. Not impressed with customer service especially if we have issues in the future.
Why is the older gentleman (didn’t get his name) so angry and rude?! No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere and spend the money I work hard to earn. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
I generally like to keep my negative reviews to myself, but after the poor customer support we’ve received from Sleep Number I’ve decided to give a full, honest review in hopes that I can help others from making the same mistake my husband and I made. In response to your reply... your automated phone system had NO option for me to press to respond to your (it now appears) automated Google response. Lowering my rating to only one star for the absence of customer responsiveness. Original Review Be wary of delivery promises. After rearranging our schedules to receive product ordered and already paid-in-advance, a shipping clerk calls to tells us (after we had already been waiting for their arrival) to wait another couple of weeks because of their staffing problems.
