This bed is wonderful, long overdue! I had a great experience with Lamar. He was cool and collected through some technical issues with a referral code. He quickly got in touch with the right people to fix it, including getting a hold of his manager on the managers day off! They really went above and beyond :)
I called this Phoenix location at 317 p.m. on wednesday, June 19th. The amazing employee that answered the phone helped me with everything that I needed. I cannot recall her name exactly. But she said she was the only female. She mentioned that she has been working there a couple months. Regardless of the time she has spent at this store or even company all together she deserves a great praise! Our granddaughter accidentally unplugged something from underneath our queen bed. She is super young and well accidents happened. I ... read more
