Buyer beware! First let me say that I had great staff experience at the store, with delivery and pickup. I would give the company policy a "no stars" if possible. I puchased a Sleep Number bed in July. On first night I didn't sleep in bed because there was a tube hanging down after the delivery. I called and was told a technician could come out for an additional $200, or I could tuck the tube up into the bed, I chose the latter. Julie was the salesperson who waited on my wife and I. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly did NOT act like a typical salesperson. It was truly a pleasant experience working with her.

Nice presentation, need are over priced
Unesa was very informative and took us through the process with relitive ease. I believe we have the right bed for two people that needed opposite comfort needs.
