We called to ask a question about our Sleep-number bed. Nate, the sales associate was extremely helpful. We ended up ordering from him. Very efficient.
Nathan did a great job. He was very attentive and helped me secure a near impossible delivery date.
Got a babysitter for our 4 children to come look for a new mattress, checked and made sure they were opened only to arrive with a sign on the door that said will return at 4
We haven't received the new sleep number bed, but we already have 3 so I'm pretty sure we're going to like it. Also, wanted to give a shout out to Nathan at the Bluffton/Hilton Head store. He was very nice and took his time. He gave us an alternative, but didn't try to up-sell us. Thanks, Nathan!
