Nathan is amazing! I had to go to my local Sleep Number store today after having two very poor interactions with Sleep Number's phone customer service to try to get support for my bed that had instantaneously deflated earlier in the morning. Nathan took the time to understand my problem, dug into the workings of the floor model to give me a visual of what I should be looking for and then took the time to get customer service on the line again to get the directions to solve the problem.
