This is our second bed. The second one lasted 3 years before needing a replacement bladder. Then they subtract the time on the warranty and then give you a thirty day warranty. Too much money spent for nothing! Save your money and find something better then sleep number. Your response makes no sense as you did not give an explanation on the poor quality vs the extreme money that was spent. We have to continually pump up the bladders almost daily as they continue to deflate!

Our experience at the Sleep Number store exceeded our expectations. Prior to our visit, we had only heard about these beds through commercials, and had never explored them in person. That changed on Saturday when we stepped into the store and were warmly welcomed by Nickie. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable. So far So good sales person in store was great. can't wait to get our new bed. This new bed replaces our 21 year old Sleep Number bed.
