Alissa was very sweet and helpful in our pursuit of a much needed pillow comfort. Both she and Holly went above and beyond to help us get the best pillows for our needs. Going so far as to call around to other locations in an effort to track down an item that was out of stock at their store. So excited for our new pillows! (Hoping to get back here again soon for a new bed.)

My husband and I received great customer service at the Union Gap store. Although we didn’t buy a bed that day, we were very pleased with how friendly and welcoming the staff was.
This is our second bed. The second one lasted 3 years before needing a replacement bladder. Then they subtract the time on the warranty and then give you a thirty day warranty. Too much money spent for nothing! Save your money and find something better then sleep number. Your response makes no sense as you did not give an explanation on the poor quality vs the extreme money that was spent. We have to continually pump up the bladders almost daily as they continue to deflate!
Alex was very helpful and really took the time to listen to our needs. We didn't end up making our purchase there but the customer service was definitely 5 stars. Thank you!
