I bought a sleep number bed with all the bells and whistles except the cooling feet option and it was nothing like what I laid on in the store. I have almost $7,000.00 for this bed and it was terrible. It was like a water bed except with air inside. I tried to get my money back and they would only accept the mattress back. So I was stuck with the base for around $3900.00 invested. It is a good place to buy a quality bed. Associate is very helpful and friendly.
They are closed on Wednesday and Thursday even if support comments saying they are open. They LIE. THEY ARE CLOSED. Will post a picture to prove they are lying tomorrow.
My experience at Sleep Number was a very good, professional, patient, and a learning experience. Mr. Justin answered all of our questions. He treated my daughter and I with respect and patience, while giving us his professional answers to all of our questions.
