BEWARE: This store will tell you about a 100-night return policy on these beds, but will obscure the fact that the bed bases are non-refundable! I have to doubt the integrity of a business that uses this kind of tactic to get out of part of their trial commitments.
Do not purchase a Sleep Number bed. Worst decision I have made. It's way too much money, and worst customer service. They wanted $500 just to dissamble and reassemble the bed when I had my floors done. They fail to mention the base is 100% non-returnable. This bed is too big to fit up my stairs at my new house and now I have a $6000 un-useable bed. It's not even that nice of a bed anyway. I got better sleep on a regular mattress.
Stood there over 20 minutes and no help. I have neck & back issues due to a car accident and was hoping sleep number was the answer for less pain during sleep. Unfortunately, I couldn't stand there any longer (no chairs for sitting in the store). Not customer, back or pain friendly. I wasn't happy with the wasted time and hurting, but based on some reviews, I may have dodged a bullet.
We had a great experience in the store and were treated well. We are returning customers and my wife had already decided we were getting another Sleep Number bed. Our previous bed lasted 20 years and served us well. Our new bed has been a joy. I like that we can adjust it according to our needs. Some days I need it a bit firmer or I need my feet elevated. I purchased my i8 360 with the integrated base less than three years ago. Initially, the bed was excellent, but recently I’ve been waking up every morning with significant soreness. It’s gotten so bad that I now have to return to my chiropractor just to get realigned and find relief—something I never expected after investing in a premium mattress. I contacted customer support for help and was told the issue wasn’t with the air chamber but with the topper, which now needs to be replaced—for over $500, including installation. ... read more
