My husband & I purchased a sleep number bed that was delivered to us on June 22, 2024. The beginning of October we noticed that we were falling into each other in the middle of the bed. I phoned Madison’s sleep number store where I purchased it & I was told some things to do, but to no avail. In my opinion, they held me off from returning the mattress with delaying repairs for weeks at a time & by never having what is needed for said repair. Very happy with my purchase.. Everything went great. in the store. Miss. Abby was the best she worked with me and when we had a problem with the set up, she was on it. The delivery department could do a little better, but other than that, I had a real good experience I love myBed
The most personal and helpful interaction you could ever ask for! Everyone there is incredible and very knowledgeable about their products. Also, the Sleep Number beds are absolutely incredible. When our son was 12, he was diagnosed with severe scoliosis, and the sleep number bed has been the best thing for him!
