In 2022, my wife and I purchased an expensive matress from Matress Firm. Our box spring wasn't added to the order and wasn't discovered until delivery. I just bought a mattress for my Murphy. Bed and Jacob helped me. I am so pleased with this mattress. It is absolutely wonderful. I was dreading, I thought the whole day was going to be taken up with this. And within an hour, I was over there, he put it in my car. We put it on the bed, it puffed itself up. And it's perfect.This is my third purchase from the store and I really like these people.So, kudos to jacob for his excellent customer service
